During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
- To ensure investors’ enquiries are attended and responded in timely manner and to provide first call resolution, as indeed to provide excellent customer service
- To handle investor calls and enquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally
- To work in a team environment and support each other in multitasking
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any related disciplined
- Experience in Customer Service/Call Centre will be added advantage
- Well verse in English
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn and get hands dirty
- Can-do attitude
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
- 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 months or more
