Internship For Investor Relations – Call Centre

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure investors’ enquiries are attended and responded in timely manner and to provide first call resolution, as indeed to provide excellent customer service
  • To handle investor calls and enquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally
  • To work in a team environment and support each other in multitasking

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any related disciplined
  • Experience in Customer Service/Call Centre will be added advantage
  • Well verse in English
  • Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn and get hands dirty
  • Can-do attitude
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
  • 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 months or more
