Awqaf Holdings Bhd (Awqaf) is constructing a corporate park in Putrajaya CBD to generate income to fund future and existing Waqaf projects.
Most of the units in the corporate park will be sold, and the remainder will be left as Waqaf assets – to generate rental income for Waqaf.
Awqaf will be selling one commercial unit, based on assignment of rights, to EthisCrowd at a 5% discount. There will be no direct ownership of the unit by EthisCrowd investors.
EthisCrowd will make this purchase over two equal payments, in February 2016 and May 2016. Those investing in Campaign 1 will receive 22% more profits than for Campaign 2.
Campaign 1 works out to a nett projected return on investment of 33% over the period, and Campaign 2 gives a nett return of 27%.
